FRAMES FROM EPISODE 1 - BUGGY´S ARRIVAL

Here Boom is running on a machine wheel that generates power for his apartment. And when I say that our series Duck-ticks and Catapults is ecologically some people doubt.

Here little buggy is coming to live with his cousin Boom.
Poor cousin Boom!

Here a duck-tick is being released in a catapult cannon.

Now Buggy will be catapulted and he will get fired up by catapults.

Inside the bag is Buggy.
Boom and Bod took him to doctor Froyd.

Can Froyd heal Buggy?

This is a snackbar (on a floating stone) where the duck-ticks go to chat and to suck an special chow.

This is a vision of the snackbar inside.

These are bubble-fireflies.

“DUCK-TICKS AND CATAPULTS” – THE MOST RIDICULOUS CARTOON SERIES AT MIPCOM-2010, ACCORDING TO JERRY BECK

“DUCK-TICKS AND CATAPULTS” – THE MOST RIDICULOUS CARTOON SERIES AT MIPCOM-2010, ACCORDING TO JERRY BECK
Jerry Beck put on his site (www.cartoonbrew.com) the teaser of the cartoon series “Duck-ticks and Catapults” (made here in Brazil) that is on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39JqCyZdFcgHere is what he said:

October 10, 2010 3:00 pm
"Think American TV animation is bad? What if you tried to sell a series about ticks with duck beaks, who catapult their way around the universe? Even Cartoon Network would reject that one.
Not so in Brazil. I don’t know what they are drinking down there, but the most ridiculous concept to emerge from last week’s MIPCOM (the annual international television marketplace in Cannes) is something called Duck-ticks and Catapults. Thirteen episodes are being produced by studio Zoom Elefante for AnimaTV (here’s the pilot in Portuguese). Almir Correia is the creator, writer and director."
Through this review we had over 1,500 hits (mostly U.S. certainly) in a little over a week. Over 28 comments, some people agreed with him, but some said that the series is super original, more unique than most things that are produced in the U.S.. Some people said that they want to see the show and the pilot. Then I put the pilot with English subtitles on vimeo (http://vimeo.com/15830918) and I sent an email to Jerry, he might watch now the pilot and finally get to understand a little better about “Duck-ticks and Catapults”
